Event Cancellation

• The event will only be canceled or suspended due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, sudden calamities or Government restrictions. In such an eventuality all participants will be notified by phone, email and social media as soon as possible.

• In such situation, all registered applicant can participate on rescheduled race day announce later and they do not need to register or further payment, but if a registered applicant wishes to cancel his/her race on the rescheduled date, he/she will not receive any refund. In this case, he/she will be able to collect his/her kit only.

• However, if the event is canceled due to any reason of the organizers, full payment will return from our part.
